Answer: The insoles are removable. They come with a neutral arch, which some find great but you can definitely switch them with a flat insoles. -

Answer: Yes they toe box is roomy. Very comfortable too. -

Answer: Not heavy. They are comfortable. Material for construction is not heavy duty though. My laces ripped the 1st week and boot over all lasted me about 4 month -

I wear a 10 wide in Carolina broad toe boot, would you recommend a 10 or 10.5 wide in these boots?
Answer: Our San Jose boot fits true to size. We recommend ordering a size 10. -

Answer: They feature our proprietary KEEN.DRY, breathable, waterproof liner. That being said, adding any additional waterproof protection will limit breathability compare to a style without it. -

Answer: It’s a Keen insole built for an average foot. I replaced them with Aetrex for high arches.
