The Moebius Models International Prostar 1/25 is a stationary model that requires building and painting. It has many parts and is highly detailed with rubber tires. The model is not able to be driven or remote controlled. However, other customers warned that those who purchase the product will need to take their time when building and researching the model as the instructions can be unclear and the lights are small.
