You can drop the feed dogs for quilting, and the machine comes with six foot attachments, including an all-purpose foot, zipper foot, buttonhole foot, button sewing foot, satin stitch foot, and blind stitch foot. The self-needle threader is easy to use, but it takes a little practice. The machine can sew over thick fabrics and can take any low shaft foot. The decorative stitches cannot be made larger. If the machine stops, it may be locked up due to thread entangled with the bobbin case, and you can turn off the power switch to eliminate the problem. Overall, the Heureux Sewing and Quilting Machine Computerized seems to be a solid choice with plenty of features. However, there have been a few complaints about the pedal not working after just a few months, and missing pieces from the machine when it arrives.
