Poly Savi 7310-M Ultra-Secure Wireless DECT Headset System - Microsoft Teams Certified Version

The Poly Savi 7310-M Ultra-Secure Wireless DECT Headset System, Microsoft Teams certified version, offers a reliable and secure wireless headset option for desk phones and PC softphones. It is not compatible with mobile phones. One of the standout features of this headset is its range. Users have reported that even when their computer is on the second floor and the headset is connected in the basement, the connection remains strong and stable. This makes it convenient for users to move around their homes or offices during calls. In terms of comfort, the headset is generally comfortable to wear. However, some users with larger heads have reported feeling a bit of discomfort after a few hours of use. The single-ear version of the headset may also not be ideal for listening to music. But overall, the comfort level is decent. Sound quality is excellent for calls, with no problems reported by people on the other end of the line. However, the headset may not deliver the best sound for music listening purposes. The mute function of the headset works well with Teams and Skype, although there have been a few instances where Teams did not recognize the mute button press. However, this issue can usually be resolved by clicking unmute in the Teams app. Battery life is impressive, with users reporting at least 4 to 5 hours of continuous use without any issues. There have been no complaints about the battery not lasting the advertised 13 hours. Overall, the Poly Savi 7310-M Ultra-Secure Wireless DECT Headset System is a reliable and secure option for those in need of a wireless headset. It may have some minor drawbacks, such as discomfort for larger heads and average sound quality for music, but its range, sound quality for calls, and battery life make it a worthy investment.
