Manufactured, in France, this Copper Sauté Pan features 2.5mm pure Red Copper body with an 18/10 stainless steel lining for high performance and durability. Angled cast-iron handles are hand-riveted to the pan body for an artisan look and feel. Copper is a favorite cookware choice due to its high conductivity, allowing precise temperature control when crafting delicate sauces, stocks, braises, chocolate and sugar work, and more. Copper is compatible with all heat sources except induction. To clean, hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water.
