Open the top of the connector, insert the strip, then close the top and it's done. Now the strip is terminated with wires. Connect it to a power source or extend power to the another strip, the options are limitless now that you have familiar wires to work with.
  • These are designed specifically for use with waterproof strips that have a silicone coating. Instead of clipping on to the top of the PCB like non-waterproof connectors, these punch through the bottom of the strip to make a secure connection to the PCB without the need to remove any of the silicone coating.
  • Now you can connect wire to waterproof strips quickly and effortlessly without compromising the waterproof nature of the strips. 10mm 2-conductor strips are normally used with single-color SMD5050 chips.
