The Purity Pool PLTD Pro-Lite 18-Inch Professional Leaf Rake, Tuff Duty Model is a standout choice for pool maintenance enthusiasts seeking durability and efficiency. Reviewers Consistently highlight the product's high-quality Tuff Duty material, which has demonstrated impressive longevity compared to its lighter counterparts. Many users have transitioned to this model due to its robust Construction; one customer even passed on a well-maintained rake as a gift, indicating its reliability. Performance-wise, the rake excels in its ability to glide smoothly across the pool bottom, making leaf collecting a breeze. Users appreciate how quickly it closes around debris, minimizing the chance of leaves escaping, a common flaw found with lesser quality nets. The rigid lip of the rake adds functionality, allowing for effective scooping from flat surfaces—a Consideration for pool owners. However, not all feedback is positive. Some users have noted challenges with the installation of refill kits, which require significant effort to attach and are best tackled with assistance. Additionally, there are complaints about the design, particularly regarding the difficulty of removing debris from the net due to its inability to flip inside out, which can complicate the cleaning process for some users. In summary, the Purity Pool Rake is greatly appreciated for its durability and effective performance in pool cleaning, though potential buyers should Consider the installation challenges for replacement parts and ergonomic efficiency in debris removal. **
