Targus DOCK430 USB-C Multi-Function DisplayPort Alt Mode Video Docking Station with 85W Power - Broad Compatibility with a Range of Hosts, Devices, Peripherals, Laptops, and Operating Systems
The Targus DOCK221 supports up to dual 4K 60hz displays and is compatible with USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 laptops. Users are able to connect their laptop to the dock and share display over monitors attached to the dock. However, it may not be compatible with some laptops if there is no DP alt mode support or displaylink drivers. The power button on the dock only turns on the dock and not the laptop. Reviews suggest that although the dock is reliable when it works, some users have experienced issues with connecting to monitors and occasional hiccups after resuming from sleep. Some reviewers also mention poor design choices with the speaker cable being located at the front and the USB-C cable needing to be screwed on to the back of the dock. Despite being advertised to work with Macbooks and Chromebooks, it seems that this dock is only compatible with Windows systems.
