The vacuum works with the Thamtu APP and is compatible with Alexa. There are soon to be replacement parts and filters available on Amazon, and more magnetic boundary tape is available by contacting Thamtu customer support. In terms of customer experience, some users have had issues with the vacuum not working properly or breaking down soon after purchase. The reliance on the Alexa or Google network causes issues with scheduling and command loss, and the magnetic boundary tape does not always prevent the device from getting stuck on cords. However, other users have found the G10 to be a great product that is easy to set up, cleans well, and is good value for money. The remote is convenient, and the dual side brush is a helpful feature.
