It is made in China and has a 45-tooth ratchet for 3/8-inch drive 10-80 ft-lb professional torque wrench. The handle of the wrench is made with plastic. This wrench is suitable for normal use; however, it is recommended to opt for a more expensive US-made wrench for precision engine work. Customer Experience: - One customer bought this wrench to tighten bolts on their motorcycle, but it failed to meet their requirements as it was rated in inch-pounds and not foot-pounds. - Another customer felt that the wrench was cheaply made and may be even cheaper than some harbor freight tools. - One customer found the wrench sturdy, durable, and accurate for tightening but not suitable for loosening. - Another customer found the wrench well-made and calibrated with no problems. - One customer received the wrench dirty, as if it was used and then returned and was repacked by the vendor and sold as new.
