The Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic Baking Sheet is highly touted for its non-toxic and naturally slick ceramic coating. Its aluminized steel Construction and sol-gel processed fine ceramic coating use a low curing temperature to keep the product free of lead, cadmium, PTFE (Teflon®), and PFOA. While the medium size might not be overly deep, it is perfect for baking, roasting, and more. It is even compatible with all stovetops including induction, gas, and electric. However, it is not recommended for broiling. Although it has a sleek design, the handles stick out farther than the norm causing the pan not to fit in a standard oven. It is also susceptible to warping, which makes it hard to bake highly sensitive desserts. If stacked, it could potentially scratch the non-stick surface. Overall, this baking sheet is a great addition to one's kitchen with its non-toxic coating and versatility.
