It comes with 20 different cookie disc shapes and cookie sizes can easily be adjusted from large to small with the turn of a knob. The device is easy to clean as it disassembles. However, some parts are made of plastic which has caused breakage in other cookie presses and some customers found it misleading that the description says it's made of stainless steel when in reality, the parts that touch the dough are aluminum. The Deluxe version has a handle extension and curved tube.
