Customers anticipated a drawstring or zipper, only to find that the bag has a plain closure, which left some feeling disappointed. Moreover, some users faced challenges - like fitting their bicycles' handlebars into the bag's opening without compromising the closure, leading to instances of zipper failure. Despite these setbacks and mixed expectations about its design, the substantial Construction of the bag itself has been a highlight, with several stating that it is well-made and sturdy. Users have noted the bag's size as a plus, as it comfortably accommodates two bicycles, which adds significant value for those looking for effective storage solutions. In summary, the Zerust Bicycle Storage Bag is a reliable product for keeping bikes protected from rust, particularly valuable in humid conditions. However, potential buyers should be mindful of the closure design, as it may not suit all bike styles or handlebar configurations. **
