The bottle states that the oil is of superior category, but it is unclear whether it comes from the first cold pressing or not. The dark thick glass bottle protects all the oil compounds better, which enhances its shelf life. The oil is perfect for cold dishes such as salads and is also excellent for medium-heat cooking. However, it is too good to use for cooking and should be used sparingly in dishes where you can appreciate its unique taste. The bottle has a best-before date of 06:23.
